About TradeZella
TradeZella is an AI-assisted trading journal and performance hub built around automatic trade import. Connect one of 500+ brokers and platforms (including popular retail and prop-firm names), and fills flow into a journal that is ready for tagging, notes, screenshots, and review — without spreadsheet data entry after every session.
Beyond basic stats, TradeZella packages several products in one subscription: automated journaling, playbooks/strategies, trade replay, backtesting, Zella AI insights/agents, community Spaces, and prop-firm sync/rule monitoring. The idea is to close the loop from “I think I have an edge” to “here is the time-of-day, ticker, and behavior leak that is actually paying or costing me,” using your own trade history as the dataset.
Zella AI is trained on a very large corpus of journaled trades (TradeZella markets tens of billions of trades processed on-platform) and is designed to answer questions in plain English about your patterns — tilt cycles, habit drift, risk-rule pressure — while stating that your data stays yours and is not sold to train someone else’s model. Prop traders can track challenge targets, daily drawdown, and consistency rules across firms such as FTMO, Topstep, and Apex.
TradeZella is not a signal service. It will not find entries for you. It is for traders who already take trades and want a rigorous review stack so improvement is measurable instead of vibes-based.

Plans/pricing
From TradeZella’s Help Center pricing update effective July 14, 2026 (confirm on the live pricing page):
- Essential: $35/month or $26/month billed annually ($315/year) — 1 active account, 10 strategies, 10 replays/month, 500 Zella AI credits/month, manual backtesting, prop-firm sync, join-only Spaces/Mentor Mode.
- Pro: $59/month or $44/month billed annually ($531/year) — up to 50 accounts, unlimited strategies/replays, 1-second replay charts, AI agents, 1,500 AI credits/month, 10 automated backtests/month, create Spaces, invite mentors/mentees.
- Ultra: $99/month or $74/month billed annually ($891/year) — unlimited accounts, 3,000 AI credits/month, 100 automated backtests/month, unlimited mentor invites and Spaces creation.
Annual billing saves about 25%. Legacy subscribers on older prices may keep prior rates only while their plan configuration stays unchanged — changing plan or billing cycle moves you to current pricing.
Who it's for
TradeZella is for discretionary and systematic traders who already execute and want a serious review engine — stocks, futures, FX, options, and prop-firm challenge traders included. It fits people willing to tag setups and actually read the reports.
If you do not journal and refuse to review, no plan will help. If you only need a lightweight CSV log, a simpler free journal may be enough.
Limitations
TradeZella analyzes your history; it does not place trades or guarantee profitability. AI insights are only as good as the tags/notes you provide and can miss context. Feature caps (replay counts, AI credits, automated backtests, account limits) differ sharply by tier. Broker sync quality varies by integration — keep file import as a backup. Community Spaces are optional and can become a distraction if you chase other people’s P&L instead of your process.
