About ProBors
ProBors helps you see Congress and insider trades as they file. The product tracks Congress, Form 4 insiders, whales, market context, REST API, and MCP for automation and AI agents in one workspace.
ProBors is built for individuals and small teams, not institutions. Congressional and insider filings are public, but the raw House, Senate, and SEC portals are slow and fragmented. ProBors puts those disclosures into one research workflow so you can scan unusual activity, follow politicians and tickers, and check market context without juggling single-purpose tabs.
House, Senate, and SEC filings stay linked to the original document. Transaction date and filing date stay separate, with filing delay calculated. Signal scores, market markers, watchlists, and cited AI briefs sit beside the filing.
Key features
From ProBors membership (same on monthly and yearly):

ProBors also highlights live congress and insider tables, whale activity, politician portfolios, and a ticker workspace with quotes, charts, and adjacent news next to the filing.

Who it's for
Individual investors, retail traders, journalists, and small research teams who want congressional trades, Form 4 insiders, whale activity, and politician portfolios in one place.
It is a strong fit if you regularly ask:
- Did any House or Senate member trade this ticker recently?
- Is there Form 4 or whale activity on the same symbol?
- Can I watch a politician or ticker and get alerted on new filings?
- Can I ask an AI assistant grounded in ProBors disclosure data, not made-up rows?
It is less useful if you only want chart patterns, Level 2, options flow, or deep 13F institutional ownership tools. ProBors is a disclosure research layer, not a broker or full multi-asset terminal.
What ProBors does and does not claim
ProBors does: ingest House, Senate, and SEC EDGAR filings on a frequent schedule; present them in one queryable workspace; score rows on filing lag, size, timing, and clustering; embed live market context per ticker; and offer an AI assistant that calls those same tools and shows its work.
ProBors does not: act as a broker-dealer; provide personalized investment advice; or guarantee every field matches a member's later corrected filing. Filings are self-reported, amended reports happen, and amounts are often disclosed as ranges. Verify AI outputs and important details against the underlying source rows.
